owner + creator - lindsey little


lindsey has been a stylist for close to 20 years. she spent the majority of her career working in award winning salons on boston's famed newbury street. lindsey has always had a creative eye and the art of hair quickly grew into her true passion from a young age. her mission building lume salon, and now cleo salon, was to create a space that could truly cater to each guest. specializing in color, lindsey loves to make everyone that sits in her chair feel beautiful inside and out. with training from some of the industry's leading educators, and now becoming an educator herself, lindsey's mission is to continue to grow herself and her team with ongoing education where inspiration always lives.


ashley staples - advanced artist


with almost 10 years of experience working in high end boston salons (one with owner lindsey), ashley is in love with her craft now more than ever after joining cleo! ashley loves coloring and specializes in balayage and foiling techniques for all hair types, as well as keratin smoothing treatments. As a mother of two, she has truly become the salon mom helping to grow the other stylists with continuing education and mentorship, which we are truly lucky to have. ashley makes every guest that sits in her chair feel valued and taken care of, you will love her caring personality and attention to detail, not to mention your hair!  

laura pellegrini - artist


Laura brings well over 10 years of experience to the cleo team! She joined cleo shortly after taking an advanced color class at the salon due to her never-ending desire to stay current in her techniques and love for her craft. Laura has a passion for all things color and loves cutting as well. She fits right in with her warm and welcoming personality.


kayce babinski - artist


Kayce moved to boston to advance her career several years ago and has quickly become a talented hair stylist with a true passion for making people feel beautiful! she loves working with blondes, brunettes, dimensional color, balayage, and more. kayce says that seeing her clients' smiles after they see their new look is the most rewarding part of being a stylist!


nikki - artist


Growing up in her mother’s salon, Nikki has always loved the artistry of the hair industry. In 2020, she decided to switch careers to become a stylist and has fallen in love with the craft even more. Specializing in lived-in color and cutting, Nikki loves to work with blondes, brunettes, balayage and more. Nikki says that seeing her clients faces when they love their hair is the best part of
her job! 


jessica - coordinator + artist


With well over 20 years in the beauty industry, jessica joined us as a salon coordinator and freelance stylist. We are excited that she has since grown with our team and now offers her hairstyling skills to the salon as well. as a brighton native, jess loves natural lived in color and will be sure to make you feel warm, welcome, and cared for in her chair! 


eileen - co-artist


Eileen joins the team with 2 years apprenticeship experience from a Newbury St salon, and has a true passion for the hair industry. You will love her signature scalp massage and blow-dry treatment while she makes sure you feel calm and comfortable!

chelsea - marketing manager


Chelsea is part of the behind the scenes marketing and events here at Cleo! She's always had a passion for building brands and small businesses and loves connecting with the community. As our in house model (check out our online boutique, Lume Lux + Co, for a familiar face!), Chelsea is all about hair care. Cleo has become her hair home and she cannot wait to share more of our new space with you. Say hi the next time you see Chelsea at the salon or a pop up!
